Dr. Kenneth J Gorelick

Dr. Kenneth Gorelick is responsible for Clinical Development and Strategy Aquity Associates.  His expertise in designing, conducting, and executing clinical studies supports Aquity’s vision of providing expert consulting to the life sciences industries.

He has held senior scientific and executive management positions in large and small companies in the biopharmaceutical industry and has extensive regulatory experience (US FDA, EMEA, and PMDA) from pre-IND through NDA. Dr. Gorelick has consulted for many companies ranging from top 10 pharmas where he was a clinical lead for global studies, to mid-size and small companies where he acted in varying capacities, including chief medical officer, Advisory Board Chair, therapeutic area head, and medical monitor. He has also conducted due diligence investigations for product and corporate acquisitions.

Dr. Gorelick is the Managing Director of Zymo Consulting Group, LLC, an independent biopharma consulting company. He received his B.S. in Biochemistry from the University at Buffalo, his MD from Weill Medical College of Cornell University, completed his residency in Internal Medicine at St. Louis University and his Fellowship in Pulmonary Disease at Stanford University, where he remained a member of the clinical faculty until 2000. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and of the American College of Chest Physicians.
